This is your proof of the 3+ years operations experience for the Spain DNV. Needs your job title, dates, and a description of your role in operations. Unlike NBI, your diploma is a permanent document — apostille it once and it's done forever. Spain DNV requires your BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303) and your annual ITR — BIR-stamped. Prove you're a registered self-employed professional in the Philippines. Do this now because building a year's ITR history takes time. Go to your local Revenue District Office (RDO). ₱500 registration fee. Ask for BIR Form 2303 and register your books of accounts at the same visit.

Free. Zapier is more widely known than Make among non-technical business owners — the exact demographic who are your Rue Solutions clients. As a Filipino, English is an official language of the Philippines — many visa routes will accept a DFA-issued confirmation of this, waiving the English test requirement entirely. But if you want the formal credential: Cambridge C1 Advanced is the better long-term investment because it never expires (unlike IELTS which lasts only 2 years). Cambridge C1 stays on your CV permanently. Useful for UK, Australia, Canada routes later.

Not required for the Spain DNV application itself. But if you're actually going to live in Spain, B1 is minimum for functional daily life. DELE is the official Spanish government exam — the most recognized internationally. Never expires once passed. Aim for B1 before moving, B2 in your first year in Spain.

German language is NOT legally required for the Germany freelance visa. But it IS required for long-term residence and citizenship eventually. Goethe Institut is the gold standard — their certs are officially recognized by the German government. If Germany is your route, start A1 now on apps like Duolingo or Babbel, then sit the Goethe exam at B1. Don't study German and Spanish simultaneously.

Every remote employer checks LinkedIn before responding. You need: headline that says what you do (not just "Founder"), all Evergreen experience with role descriptions and operations keywords, Rue Solutions with actual client results, all certifications listed under Licenses & Certifications, and a banner that matches your positioning. This is your primary credibility asset — it needs to be done before you send a single application.

Direct revenue channel for Track B (Rue Solutions clients). A completed Upwork profile with 2–3 portfolio pieces (Notion setups, Make.com scenarios, landing pages you've built) can generate inbound leads while you job hunt. You've already built real work — document it here. Set your rate at $35–50/hr minimum. Don't undersell.

For Germany freelance visa especially, and for all clients generally — you need documented proof your work produced real results. Your primary target. Income €2,849+/month. Qualification route: Evergreen experience (3+ years in operations = same field as current remote work). Operations/management consulting is a "liberal profession" in Germany. No German language required for the visa. No degree required. Key need: letters of intent from German clients + business plan + portfolio + €10k savings + health insurance. Filipinos are EXEMPT from the age-45 pension requirement. The challenge: finding German clients before applying. Use this as your backup if Spain timeline slips.

NO educational qualification requirement — purely income-based. If you hit €3,680/month consistently for 3 months, you qualify. This is the most accessible route for you qualification-wise. Higher income bar than Spain but zero stress about your degree relevance. Keep this as a parallel option if Spain income takes longer than expected to hit. Bank savings of ~€11,040 also required.
